Staff was great, so nice and very accommodating! Hotel was clean-ish. The carpets could use a good shampoo and our rooms tables were dirty like they forgot to wipe down but no biggy. Room decor, set up and bathroom were sooo cute! Beds were hard and walls were paper thin. We were up by 6 because we could hear the baby crying next door and people talking. Adorable courtyard. Great location. Parking is hard and valet is a $$ fee. There’s a bar/restaurant next door that I think takes up some of the parking and that was frustrating. Had to use a valet at 10pm. Overall this hotel is good. Not sure we will stay here again. But wouldn’t mind if we had to. We come to Lubbock a lot so might try a few other before deciding.
