Needed a relaxing vacation with little or hassle and this hotel was ideal. It's literally 2 -3 minutes away from the metro and there's a hop on hop of tour bus that stops right in front of the hotel. It was a great base and will definitely stay here again

If it's not your first time in Porto, this is is good hotel to stay in - a mall right across (literally a few steps away) for food and groceries. If it's your first time, take note that it's quite far from the city center where all the tourist places area. You need to take the metro to get there. That being said, the hotel serves as a good base - clean, comfortable beds with basic necessities (don't go looking for free disposable slippers though). Breakfast is adequate but don't expect a lot of variety. Coffee and tea/flavored water is available 24/7 at the open dining area. They also have a microwave you can use to heat your frozen dinner from the supermarket right across the hotel (Supermercado).

The hotel is alright, although room was a bit noisy. The location is great if you're using public transport, but car pick-up and drop-off is difficult, because there's nowhere to stop the car in front of the hotel

The ac was not working because of a faulty window. They changed our room to 2 separarate rooms and not a single triple sharing room like our previous booking. Nothing was refunded. Disappointed with b&b
