    Clean beds and rooms, quick elevators. They do try to sell the Club Access but its nothing special. We didnot like the forest view and waited 3 hours for an ocean-view room which was well worth it (we had lunch while it was being prepped). Restaurants open on certain days but reservation not required. Buffet options were good with omlette station in the morning. Some items on menu (lamb, duck) are extra even for all-inclusive visitors - same with certain alcohol but I wasn't offered to upgrade to premium liquors at this resort so not sure it is an option. Would have liked more locally flavored meals to reflect Panamanian food at least at one restaurant daily. Pools are clean, drinks at pool and swim-up bar are good. Spa was nice but a walk from the main buildings. There was a blogger in the jacuzzi making videos so that was a deal-breaker that day and I never tried again.
