    Stayed here two nights - did not use in room “onsen” type tub as we went to a local hot spring facility at a different hotel. Basic room with private bath. Breakfast is a voucher for 100ntd pp, redeemable at a cafe that is 8-10min walk away (and nothing special); a cappuccino was 85ntd here so limited options. Otherwise location is the star, only a few minutes walk to train or bus station and lots of small places to eat nearby.

    1. There's a very heavy smell of chlorine 2. The hot water didn't appear after over 10-15 minutes, I thought there's no hot water in the shower 3. The room itself is dank, with some of the wallpaper moisty 4. Location is good, staffs were very kind If you're only staying for 1 night, it's fine; multiple nights? Don't choose this one
