    - abhishek was super helpful - Do not get breakfast combo (got single banana, bread jam & tea only) - Rooms & common area was really clean - amenities was decent 9/10

    No power backup. no heaters. No bonefire. no food except chai, maggie, paratha. Very bad location to reach. Host abhishek is very blunt and doesn't accomodate any request. They don't even fire the fireplace before 9 at night, so you are left to freeze in cold. Unhygienic blankets.

    It was one of the worst stays of my life. At -6 Celsius they don’t have room heater or electric kettle. No toiletries or even towel. I can understand if they are doing it for sustainability but then they should reduce the price. This is a pathetic service with 4000+ rate. Expected to have at least water dispenser in each floor, I had to climb 4 floors to fill water bottle. The staffs are friendly but not professional, only positive thing is the view. I would request them to provide some basic amenities at least.
