    I reserved this hotel on July 2026. Since my husband has asthma, I make sure to always message the hotel and ask for no feather bedding. ***responded through email and stated they would have a feather alternative for us. When we first arrived on September 23 they gave me the keys to the room right away. I went up to the room only to find luggage and the bed unmade. I had to go back and get a new key. As I went back to the new room, I noticed feather bedding and pillows. Since there are no phones in the room I sent my husband who speaks German to tell them. He had to walk the five flights down. He showed them the message from us and the response from ***. The gentleman at the desk told my husband they didn’t have any alternative and wouldn’t be able to accommodate us. Instead he took the seat cushions off the lobby couch and gave them to my husband. My husband brought them up and I told him we were not going to use them. We asked housekeeping to take all the bedding out of the room including the couch cushions. They left us 2 thin duvet covers. It was cold during the night so the next morning we asked for two more covers. The housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful. On the third day we went to the desk to buy a soda and to let them know the soap dispenser was missing by the sink. The girl at the desk, who happened to be ***said to use the soap in the shower. She also said she told the hotel staff about the bedding but it wasn’t taken care of. She said she would get us bedding from somewhere else but never did. Today we are checking out. We loved the location so close to the old town and Oktoberfest festivities. We didn’t let the conditions of the hotel ruin our time there However, it is unfortunate that we paid $***per night for dirty carpets, no soap dispenser, no bedding, and poor service. You have such an excellent location, use it to your advantage and fix your hotel so it’s worth spending $***a night.

    Great location. A short walk to Marienplatz . Our room was clean and small, but had no aircon or fan or fridge. Apart from that it was cheap for a hotel close to some of the main areas you might like to visit in Munich.
