10 minutes drive to the beach. Parking at the beach was easy and chip. Parking at the hotel was on the street in front of door which is not a Main Street with traffic.

Great property and super friendly. Best to get the phone number and make contact for / before arrival. The owner was very helpful when we called on arrival, but it was a little tricky. Not a normal front desk, but he got right there when we called. Really nice little place and excellent fresh breakfast.
