Our stay here was amazing and the location is just on the beach which we were also looking for. The food was also delicious and a big shoutout to Misra for being exceptionally helpful and going out of her way to assist us.

The Pros:
Simple, elegantly decorated room
Nice bathroom
Amazing location (we are in the room in the photo)
Teeny but pleasant balcony with big sliding doors you can open 2/3 of the wall to the sea
Very quiet, fall asleep to the sounds of the sea
The Cons:
The room, a "Deluxe Junior Suite" is neither deluxe nor a suite. It is a small, basic room.
Amenities are very basic:
You can only get one room key so you cannot separate from your travel companion and both have access to the room.
Although you can use a credit card in the restaurant you cannot use one to pay for your rooms so be ready to withdraw large sums from an ATM if you stay here for any length of time. Water bottles in the room are not replaced so expect to buy more.
The staff is very kind and the room is very clean but I gave only three stars for cleanliness because the room has an 'off' smell to it that doesn't air out even with the doors open for a length of time
The price suggests that this is a more upscale place, but I suppose it is the location that you are paying for. Still, we stay regularly in a comparably priced and located hotel in Istanbul that is much, much nicer.
