The apartment was clean and had everything I wanted. The only challenge was when I needed to catch a bus with bags, and it was a bit hilly walking to the bus stop. I would stay again.

The bathroom needs renovation, otherwise clean and functional. Jennifer(?) is an outstanding host. I made an error when making my reservation. She corrected it however she could. It is challenging to find a hotel with a personal touch. She made it this way. If I return to Gex, this will be my stop.

The check-in went smooth and the place was perfect for our 1-night stay. Also, the fact that parking was right in front of the building was great.

It was provided cutlery and other kitchen appliances in the room, however, these were dirty and not properly cleaned. Terrible pillows, suggest to bring your own. Nice and helpful staff!!

I was doing a job in Geneva, this was a convenient place to stay. I didn't see the stuff too much, as much as I can say, they were friendly. They never bothered me - even with cleaning, my room was never cleand in my five days stay. The environment is nice, beautyful cedar park and lovely old town in walking distance. If you don't have highe expectations, this is your place

We asked for a non smoking room with a view and air conditioning. We didn't get any of the three items we asked for, even though we were assured that these were all reserved. On their website it said that all rooms were non-smoking, air conditioned and had mountain views. A continental breakfast was also available. When we got there and found out we were in rooms that smelled like smoke, looked at a grass and cement wall, and had no air conditioning, we tried to contact them but everyone was unavailable until the following Monday. The continental breakfast was unavailable on weekends as well. No one even at the concierge desk. No one returned our call when we left a message. When we checked out on Monday and explained our frustration, we got no apology or explanation. Just a simple, "we'll look into that". We definitely will never return!!!

Great little spot to sleep on the cheap with a bus to Geneva. It has a kitchen stocked with silverware and pots. Only thing that is a little awkward is the bathtub (at least in my unit)

The hotel's location was not to be desired but if you like being a great distance from the city then it would be perfect. I was able to take the bus into Geneva but if you can, get a car. The hotel is next to an Equestrian school so there is feces and bad smells but at least you get to see the horses in the morning. It is not really close to any food so make sure you purchase something before retiring. Very comfortable bed with great kitchen set up. My only serious complaint is the reception, it is almost like they aren't there and the reception is not open on Sundays.
