    I recently celebrated my birthday in the vibrant city of Pattaya, where the stunning room view captivated my senses. However, I found the size of the Superior Sea View Room to be too small. My daughter encountered difficulties in reaching the resort, as it appeared they did not monitor messages through Agoda. In light of this, she opted to utilize their Line app for communication. Had she not taken the initiative to message them, it is likely that our room would not have been prepared upon our arrival, which left me feeling quite disappointed with the front desk team. On a more positive note, the breakfast team truly excelled in their service. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even help to orchestrated a delightful surprise with a birthday cake to celebrate my special day. In summary, while there were aspects of our stay that fell short of expectations, the attentive service during breakfast provided a memorable highlight to my birthday celebration.

    I had a hard time contacting the reservations team through Agoda, as they apparently weren’t able to access messages through the app. Thankfully, I found a way to reach them through LINE, and they were able to prepare our rooms. However, instead of feeling happy and comfortable with our room for three, I was disappointed by the unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It smelled as if someone had urinated on the walls, and the foul odor coming from the drainage was so strong that I couldn’t sleep well on our first night. I even had to use menthol inhalers just to tolerate the smell. The photos also didn’t seem to reflect the actual condition of the resort. The property is quite old and rather dark, and the appliances and room amenities look very outdated. I hope the management considers renovating and modernizing the rooms, as they could definitely use some improvement. On a positive note, I truly appreciate the staff for doing their best to assist us. I’m especially grateful to the kitchen team, who helped make my father’s birthday celebration a blast! Their efforts made the occasion memorable despite the issues we experienced with the room. Overall, I appreciate the staff’s efforts, but I hope the resort addresses the drainage odor, improves the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and updates its facilities to provide guests with a more comfortable stay.

    Great location on beach front. Staff was very nice. Restaurant is very delicious with Thai traditional style. Room a bit old but still comfortable sleep

    Would not recommend this hotel. Wifi was terrible, they then so called upgraded me and it was worst than the original room. They are the only hotel that did not allow me to have a late check out. My first time there and definitely my last!!
