    I stayed three nights at Greywood. On check in, we were greeted well but the check in staff proceeded to tell us about certain rules like having no more than one guest in the room for any reason, even if they are not staying. They said guest will ne charged for any stains left on beddings or towels if it can be removed in laundry and no outside food allowed in room. I thought this was s bit extreme. Getting in, I found there was no lift so porters and guests have take the stairs. The room service takes ages to get your request. The breakfast was not great. Tiny portions, like a kids meal
