We did not have breakfast. We departed early. We overlooked the Railway Station, which was fine for me. We had Dinner in the Hotel, great food and really good service. With .y Mobility problems, it great for being near the Railway Station.

The hotel is in an excellent location with superb transport access, situated right next to the central train and bus stations. The rooms are clean and tidy, making for a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us when we needed help communicating with a third party for other matters. Their warm and helpful service truly stood out.

The room was really in good condition and spotless clean. There is even a fridge, which is not standard in many German hotels. The hotel right next to the busiest area, but I heard nothing from outside, so the isolation was very good. The breakfast was also very appetizing.

The location by the train station makes this perfect for an overnight visit. The bedding was perhaps too warm with the room temperature, but this is a very minor point in an excellent facility.

Typical for an Intercity Hotel it's very close to the Main Train Station and still in a good shape. the rooms aren't tiny and with well equipped bath rooms in a timeless decor. i could recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location right next to the train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but suitable for a short stay. The beds however are absolutely awful and the single pillows are awful too. The room wasn't cleaned for the duration of our stay, even though we asked for cleaning twice. When you consider price versus comfort, I would stay here again.

Decent hotel in the area right next to the train station. It’s super convenient if you need to stay overnight and have a train before and after. Room is of a good size and functional. Beds are comfortable. One might hear some noise from the trains and straßenbahn. Staff is competent and kind.

Disrespect of "do not disturb" - 4 phonecalls in 3 hours for void reason. Flippant answer at reception when I complained and asked for the reason. I left hotel at same evening for that reason. There is definitely better nearby.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the train station, and it definitely is, but it was also very clean and the staff were lovely. Would definitely return if I ever needed a place to stay in Mannheim.

We had a corner room overlooking the trains and trams. We loved it! In and out they went, this color and that color, this length and that. Carrying cargo or people, fast or slow. It got better at night. On the 9th floor. What a bird’s eye view! Our children would have loved it! Clean and comfortable. Small room but the price reflected that.
