Great location. Very clean. The sketchy people staying and the carpet that was frayed made it 4 stars. But over all it was a good stay.

I stayed for three days without any room cleaning service, and the number of towels provided was already very limited. In addition, I did not receive any fresh towels for three days.
Although I informed the front desk staff in the morning and they recorded my request, when I returned to the hotel in the evening I found that the towels had still not been replaced. I therefore had to go to the front desk again to ask for assistance. However, the staff asked me to bring the used towels to the lobby myself, count them, and then they would give me the same number of clean towels.
This experience was quite disappointing.

The room was big and nice. Everything worked. The kitchen floor had some wear and tear that will need to be addressed soon, but it did not impact us. I would have liked a dish sponge and some dish soap so I could clean a bowl without having to run the dishwasher (dishwasher detergent was provided). The staff was great. The surrounding area was very noisy and had a lot of trash laying around and many people did not pick up after their dogs, but these things are mostly out of the hotel's control so I don't fault them for it.
