As of June 26, the hotel rates for properties in Porto are extremely high, so I managed to find this hotel a 20 minute metro ride outside of the downtown Porter area.
The hotel is fairly new and fairly basic in it facilities, but it fulfilled our basic requirements very well.
The front desk staff were excellent, professional, friendly, and helpful.
The room itself being fairly new is in very good shape with a decent bed good space, good bathroom, leaving nothing to complain about!
In summary if you are looking for somewhere to stay that is not going to bankrupt you and it’s not that far out of town if you don’t mind using public transport, this could certainly be an option for you.

I was visiting Porto to run a marathon so was looking for a no frills hotel that had basic (but good) facilities and a location close to the Metro. Moov Norte fitted that perfectly. The staff were helpful; check in was smooth; checkout was even easier (just deposit the room card). Excellent value for money. Exactly what I was looking for.

Staff was great. Very helpful and kind. Great location, close to mall and nice restaurants. 20 Minute(ish) drive into the city center. Noisy area, was facing street, but slept just fine with ear plugs. Great stay for the cost.

Very nice hotel near Porto airport and with close proximity to a very big shopping mall with great selections of shops and eateries.
