    The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Tsim Sha Sui, to be exact in Mirador Mansion (the super old and not well maintained building). Regardless of the high price of the land & building in Hong Kong, the main concern is the size of the room is not reasonable and too narrow, not even able to open a baggage. As well, the cleanliness is horrible and not up to the standard as I have to clean some part by myself upon checking in the room. The drainage in the toilet wasn’t working and clogged when shower (this has shown on how far of negligence the management was as just letting the guest checked in at such conditions). Earning money is important, however hospitality service has to carry all the value respectively. Around the building was so dirty and disgusting. Overall, wondering how could the city with so proud of its high standard can allow to have such places which never been maintained exist.
