    Lovely, luxury resort, okay for a relaxing stay after a full on Safari trip. We stayed in a Superior King Suite as a family of 4 - 2 adults, 2 kids (aged 13 and 9 years). The room was a great size, and could easily have accomodated 2 extra single beds or another king size bed for the kids, however we had a sofa bed and a smaller single bed on wheels instead. For a family room in a luxury resort, this was a little disappointing. My 13 year is adult sized and a sofa bed is quite uncomfortable and small. Staff were all lovely and welcoming. Good variety within the main buffet restaurant, however food was quite repetitive. One evening was a themed menu where the food was set up outside of the restaurant - all food was cold and the proper apparatus was not there to keep food hot. Evening entertainment was sparse and again disappointing that there was not more provided. No kids entertainment. Overall, nice stay for a few days, however would not recommend for a week or more.

    The Mora lived up to all the hype and expectations. The food was great and the pools were not crowded. It was a little expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Room was spacious. I had an issue where a cat got into the room through the balcony and I am allergic to cats. I called reception 4 times to send someone to remove the cat but I got a standard reply that someone was on their way when nobody turned up. I finally managed to remove the cat with another guests help and was stuck in my room for 2 hours. So was not happy.

    Overall the property was well run given the number of guests and rooms. It is more accurately defined as "mass market luxury". Suites are more like large rooms. The food is generally buffet unless you manage to secure a booking at the other restaurants, which can be tricky but not impossible! Staff are very attentive and friendly. The pool and beach are beautiful. Gym is also fantastic and very well maintained.
