Great location - walking distance to Kemeraltı Market and the Clock Tower, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room had some issues: the bathroom sink was tiny and splashed a lot, and even though it was non-smoking, there was a strong cigarette smell. It was a bit hard to find at first since the street isn’t accessible by car, so I had to be dropped off and picked up from the main road or the street next to it. They have a water dispenser in the lobby, which was nice, but my tea wasn’t refilled during the stay.

The air conditioning in our room was barely working. It’s 40 degrees outside and we’re traveling with a baby. We asked them to change our room but they didn’t accept. I asked for a fan they said the AC is fine! My son got dehydrated and sick during the night. Next day I told them to either change the room or I leave, they said they are fully booked. So I hot another hotel. When checking out they said oh we can change the room!!! There was black mold in the AC filter and bathroom.

Very good budget hotel for a quick stay. Walking distance to the good attractions. Floors were dirty but the room was clean otherwise. I found the area safe and lively. Pleasant staff.

The hotel is relatively cheap, the staff was fine, and it is within walking distance of many nice things to see in Izmir. Unfortunately the room itself wasn't great. The bathroom was moldy, poorly ventilated, and the toilet continuously ran the entire time and the large flush option on it did not work. Towels weren't clean from the start and you have to specify that you want your room cleaned or else they won't which they didn't tell us. The bed had a thin unfitted sheet layed over the mattress and the only blanket we were given was thin and had holes in it. In addition the air conditioning did not work and the door to the "balcony" did not lock. Lastly the hotel is inaccessible by car and there is a small walk from any drivable street so finding it is awkward. Overall I would not recommend staying here based off of our experience.

Hotel marina is only a 2 minute walk to the metro which is fantastic. The rooms are nothing special, they have all necessary amenities but the walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway and in other rooms. I had to wear earplugs in my room as I kept getting woken up just from footsteps and voices

Had hairs in the kettle and on the sheets as soon as we walked in staff were rude and tried taking more money than we was supposed to pay an incident happened where we left a towel on the floor he told us to pay for it more then a towel worth so I had to give them a towel very rude staff except this one gentlemen overall I don’t rate it even a 1 star

Booked by low price, central location and description, so we were very pleasantly impressed by the efficient welcome and check-in on arrival, mid-afternoon, and to find impeccably clean, neat rooms. We enjoyed our cup of tea with the kettle provided, and the minibar offerings were very good (even if not used!) and noted the restaurant offered orders if required. The optional buffet breakfast gave us an excellent choice. However, it was a nice walk to the Kordon and Alsancak dining areas, very close to the tramway, so we enjoyed our 24 hours sight-seeing in Izmir thoroughly. Only slight drawback is it is in a very quiet area at night, being in a busy shops area by day. Of course, parking in Izmir is an issue, but Reception were very helpful directing us to safe paid parking. Giving friends the hotel name!

Nice place to stay as for the room but location is the worst, its in an alley which gets dark and probably dangerous after dark, entrance is alway wet from dirty running water, my window view was of delapidated buildings and roofs, my AC did not work, alot of noise and music, and my balcony door did no lock, secondly as i checked out they had to inspect the room while i wait to see i didnt drink their “$1 coke in the mini room fridge” which all other hotels just ask and take your word for it. I wouldn’t feel safe to leave or come after dark especially being a tourist.

I was coming back around 2AM once my business was finished and there were no parking places in front of the hotel left. Couple of nights I was told to park in front of the businesses and nothing would happen as long as I was able to leave before 10am. Unfortunately, the business owners there were less then cordial and tore into me for parking there. There's a nearby parking area, but they charge ridiculous prices, and there's no discount for parking there because of the hotel. Beautiful hotel and great staff if you don't have a car.

There was no car park. The hotel is in the covered bazaar and after the bazaar is closed, the hotel is accessed by car and the car has to leave before 10 am. The navigation constantly makes you draw a circle. The hotel room was not as in the photo. It was smaller and older and the air conditioning was faulty.
