    very poor management and lack of staff. After a very tiring journey we had to wait for long time for the check-in due to poor management of staff. They did not even have a proper record of the bookings and kept asking for proof even after we showed them the confirmation e-mail. The resort was good but there was a lack of staff due to which we had to wait for a long time for all the services.
