Amrit Ocean Resort and Residences - Singer Island

Beautiful building/lobby/room. Brand new hotel with high end finishes. Smells great. As others have said, the service has a lot to desire. We arrived Memorial Day weekend, Saturday around 12:00pm. No bellboy was available so we handled our own luggage from the car to the room. We changed and went to the pool around 12:30. There was no one at the pool and there were no towels. We stood around for 20 minutes in the blazing sun, no one came. I went inside, spoke to the front desk, they said they will send someone. 15 minutes later no one came. I went back inside and spoke to the manager. He said someone will be at the pool shortly. 10 minutes later no one came. I went back inside a third time, the manager now said they are working on getting more towels. I asked if we go to the beach would they have lounge chairs and towels? He said absolutely. We went to the beach, no towels, but at least we were able to get lounge chairs and umbrella. We had to wait another 30 minutes for towels and fight with other people to get them as they only brought out 4!!! Pretty crazy, definitely not 5* standards. Once they get the right management, staff and training this can be a really nice resort.

Rooms I thought were very nicely laid out. Amenities such as on property dinning we're very good. Had brunch at Tula one afternoon and was delicious. Service....needs a little work. Had dinner at Tula our first night. Servers Danill and Ivan (twins) were extremely, extremely, good. Attention to detail. We never waited for anything. Food was very good. They had very good knowledge about the menu and that was very helpful. We also had dinner at Ayre, Indian cuisine, and I believe we ate until we just couldn't do it anymore. Chef always comes out to greet you and took pictures with him. Was very nice and welcoming. Food was definitely spectacular. Overall we would definitely go back to this resort and still do the same. Only bad mark I'd say was Lala... Hotel bar.... They seriously need work. Servers need help desperately. I would walk up and no recognition. They had only a few couples there and it was like they were swamped and couldn't keep up. Drinks were good, however, wait time was not so good. If I'm paying this much for a resort, this much for drinks... Gotta be able to step it up and bring your A game. We spoke to one lady and she said they are working on bringing up the servers to a Forbes way of serving. Overall satisfied and we'll be back.

We celebrated our 11-year anniversary at Amrit Ocean Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and every staff member (especially Zach) made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The resort offers wonderful amenities that made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Our room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Waking up to those breathtaking views each morning was the highlight of our trip. If you're looking for a luxurious, peaceful getaway with outstanding hospitality, we highly recommend Amrit Ocean Resort. We can't wait to come back!
