    Staff were friendly - when we checked in they introduced the facilities/room types to us, and gave us travel tips regarding Taipingshan, as well as eateries nearby. Room and sheets were clean, very comfortable stay overall. Hotel is located within a building (other hotel brands on different floors), with a baccarat place on the second floor but during our stay, we didn’t meet any dodgy people. Hotel entrance/main door requires keycard to unlock, thus keeping strangers away. Recommended for couples/young travellers who don’t mind walking 5mins from the train.

    The staff at the hotel were the good part of the stay. Otherwise, there were issues with the drains making noise throughout the night, the bed was very uncomfortable and made for a difficult rest, and the rooms have a very minimal level of sound proofing. All the noise from the lobby and other rooms can be heard throughout the stay.
