Big room, clean and tidy Dinner is quite good, not much choice for breakfast, but it’s fine Very nice staffs Onsen facilities are nice with reasonable size The most valuable - they offer sake at lobby for whole day. And free draft beer at dinner. FYI, there are few stairs at lobby.

pros: right in the middle of the main street of lake toya, very convenient. all day free sake tasting. pretty good breakfast. nice indoor and outdoor onsen. free parking. pet friendly - saw alot of cute doggies. children play room available. overall very specious room. con: it’s summer and aircon was centralized and not working well. informed the staff and they told me to open the window and take a fan from them FOC. but i will still prefer my air conditional to work.
