    1) located in a building with no signage/ markings making it impossible to find. During check in 2) Staff not picking call in the need of hour of locating the hotel. 3) Check out experience was pathetic- staff unclear if payment was done even though payment was done while booking.

    I stay in room i pay full amount of premium room but they give me the standard room which is less in size, wifi is not working, leakage of bathroom shower, bathroom is small, light of room is not working properly
