Prezzo, WiFi. Posizione 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e 30 minuti dalla città vecchia. Supermercato vicino. Pulizia da migliorare. Struttura che valuterei con un 7,8. Personale disponibile e gentile. Diciamo che la valutazione su booking di 9,5 aumenta molto le aspettative

Parcheggio in strada difficilissimo da trovare, solo una chiave ed anche con tessera (tipo hotel e non separabili). Praticamente impossibile essere indipendenti se si è più persone che fanno cose diverse. Impossibile caricare dispositivi o fare lavatrice in Assenza di persone in abitazione.

The apartament is really spacious, we had a nice stay here. The location is not that great, probably there are apartments closer to the old city, but the prices might be different. The parking might be a problem in August If You come here by car, we had some dificulties in finding a parking spot.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful, clean, spacious with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. The owners were warm and welcoming, and helped us out with some questions we had. Very modern interior, and in a great location to access the beach and night life around Budva!

Not much to say here, the only comment I would leave is that there is mould in the bathroom and I think it could be quite bad. We closed our door when sleeping and aired it out using the air-conditioning and open windows, this seemed to resolve the issue for a time. But any evaporation or hot water use would usually trigger the smell again.

The apartment is spacious, located in a good and quiet area, looks just like in the photos, it has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. The internet connection is very good, we worked there for a week and had no problem with the wifi. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. A supermarket is 1 minute away. Overall it is a good place to stay in Budva.

Although is mentioned as a facility that there is free parking available (street parking), it is very difficult to find a parking space. The building has a parking lot, but it is almost always full as there are lots of cars in Budva during the holiday season. The second day of our stay, a family came to our door saying they also have a reservation for the same apartment and they used another platform to book it (they also payed for it). From what I understood, the host told them that that platform was used once for advertising and the apartment remained listed there ever since and sometimes people book the apartment from there although the listing not up to date. It seemed to me like this situation happened before. Fortunately, the other family was very understanding and said they will look for other place to stay, but it was not a pleasant situation for any of us. The host didn't say a word about that, some apologies would have been nice. We were provided with only one roll of toilet paper for 6 night.
