perfect for a relaxing weekend, for food we went to the waitrose which wasn’t far about 15 mins in the car and there was a bar/ cafe and fish and chips 20 mins down the beach. the local premier shop had all we needed, really nice place to sit on the beach

We had a lovely stay in the caravan which was probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. The beach is peaceful and spacious and perfect for kids to play and enjoy the waves. Bacton has a decent number of amenities and Mundesley down the road has even more. I would highly recommend if you’re after a peaceful, cosy stay by the sea. One tiny thing which our caravan lacked was hooks for towels and coats but otherwise everything was thought of!

Wonderfully quiet location just a few steps from the beach and the Norfolk coastal footpath. Went to sleep with the gentle sound of waves each night. Will come again.

Really great stay. Jos was very welcoming and super helpful. We wished we’d booked for longer. The location is really beautiful, right on a beautiful beach and the accommodation was like a home from home. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will return. As a plus there was an electric car charger on site at a fair price. By far the best caravan park I’ve stayed in. Thank you Jos

Perfect location. Caravan was really clean and well equipped. Jos was kind enough to let us check in early and the washing facilities were a god send for a very messy / sandy bunch. We loved it so much we booked a second night and we’re already looking at booking our next trip.

2 children, mum and dad and Grandma had a great time. We only stayed for one night but we had a fun. The children played on the climbing frame, we went for a walk on the beach and had a lovely warm welcome from Joss. The caravan itself appears new, very clean with everything we needed in it and the shower was amazing.

It was an amazing stay at the caravan, there were loads of kitchen utensils that I didn’t expect. I normally bring my cutting knife with me and a big pot. You don’t have to everything you need was there. Hit drinks supplies and some seasoning, cleaning product etc. Less than a minute walk to the beach, my daughters can go by themselves to the beach because it was very safe, quite and friendly people around. There is a convenience store a the main road for a few minutes walk. They have available beach toys for children and you can use their washing machine and tumble dryer with free washing capsule/powder. They have 3 rotating clothes line available to that’s enough for all of us staying there. Free bottled water too. Plenty of storage and the toilet with shower was all clean. The dining table was wobbly but still 5 star experience. Additionally, there is a little play area for all the children .

The caravan was very clean and had everything we wanted. The communication with the host was excellent and informative folder was left in the caravan. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked well . A lovely location.

The caravan was lovely and right by the beach. We stayed only one night and would love to have stayed longer. Only one problem, we didn’t know we had to bring bed linen. This was not mentioned on the site. Fortunately Joss was kind enough to loan us what we needed.

This was our second visit to The Leas Beach Park. It's a brilliant place set on a long sandy beach front with very few people on it compared to other Norfolk beaches. If you are lucky enough to be there during a winter storm you will experience some brilliant sea-nary as waves break on the beach. The caravans are clean, comfortable and quiet. There is even a EV charging station on site!
