Old motel with very tight parking. Staff was friendly! Room was old but very clean! AC unit smelled like a wet dog when it went on but eventually the odor disappeared. Walked up a few stairs for a very nice view of the beach! For an overnight stay it was cheap and the king size bed was comfortable! It was a perfect stop for the night since it was quiet!

The room was just ok but beach access more than made up for the building flaws. I would definitely stay again. We only stayed one night so we didn't have time to explore the amenities other than the beach.

The property is aging. But it still provides good accommodations. Recommend it. Easy access to beach, friendly and helpful staff. Easy checking and check out. My coffee maker didn't work but that happens.

We're return customers to Colonial Inn. We had a great stay again. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. Location is perfect!! Would recommend this hotel to others!
