Comfy bed; air-conditioning was very necessary (and worked). Friendly desk staff. Most of all: arrived early for conference and they organized a room to check-in at midday (12pm), a full 3 hours before regular check-in. Will absolutely stay again for stadium gig or university-related work.

Clean room, was larger than expected. Quick check in, lovely girl at reception. Very helpful with sorting our parking. Great washer/dryer. Bed was very hard. Requested housekeeping to use an underlay and they topped mattress with duvet. Didnt help much, so sore after a night on that, let alone two. Never had that issue here before. Recycling happens early hours and have no respect for people sleeping, was like a thousand glass bottles crashing outside your window. Maybe level 2 isnt high enough to block noise. Breakfast was very average, not what it used to be. Bit disappointing! Great location and close to woolworths. Would recommend!

Staff at front desk were extremely welcoming, warm and helpful. This hotel is an excellent location to stay for events at the Spark Arena. Nice clean room - not particularly big - but has everything that's needed for a short stay. Highly recommend!

The free breakfast was fine but not outstanding. We could have paid to get a hot breakfast which did not look like it was outstanding either, but it was all fine. We did not use the laundry

Great stay in clean comfortable room. I enjoyed my balcony view with patio chairs. Bathroom was well supplied with towels, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap pumps. Also had a mini fridge and clothes iron with table attached. The staff was lovely and accommodating. I didn't have breakfast in my package, so I can't critique that. But there are plenty of food options nearby and grocery store within couple blocks.

We stayed during a very busy concert period and the hotel was really full but there were plenty of friendly staff which made check in a quick, smooth process. The family room/suite was great - tons of space, clean and quiet.

I actually forgot I had breakfast included in my room, as the guy who served me failed to remind me of this upon checking in. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast at a cafe. My only criticism would be to clean underneath the rim of the toilet bowl. It was black & dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Other then that a great stay as always.

Hotel is close to Spark Arena and only an 8-minute walk from Waitemata Station. Supermarket just around the corner. Staff were good, room was spacious however, there was no Sky Tv otherwise would've been 5 stars.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Speckles of blood on the pillow case was off putting. Not sure if the pillow case was stained or unchanged but either way it was off putting. Much cheaper to book parking directly with the carpark operator than paying through the hotel.

The room was great! Very spacious and very clean. Fresh towels each day. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and professional. I mean ALL staff!! The Oaks Restaurant, which is new from my understanding, was not good. The menu is very limited. And the food did not taste good. It was like it came out of a package and heated up. We went 3 different times, ordered different items each time. Still not good. We did not try their Continental Breakfast. ( In America, the continental breakfast has been included with the price of the room. When I asked about if it cost extra, the person working in the restaurant didn't know). I would suggest when they advertised the Continental Breakfast, they should specify if it is included in the price of the room, or if it is an extra expense. But the dinner items were not good.The hours of the restaurant were good. Not too many restaurants around the area. You needed to travel a ways to get to restaurants.

While the location was great I thought the rooms were very small and underwhelming. Coffee and milk were not replaced after first night and dirty cups not replaced. Breakfast was extremely ordinary. For the price I was expecting a bit more luxury. Overall pretty disappointed.

I stayed only 2 nights. There was no bed making but trash box was cleaned up and replaced to new towels. My staff, he stayed another room, said the bed making was also done perfectly. The rule for cleaning up the room was unclear.
