    The air conditioners in the room I was given wasn't working. And 2 other rooms I was moved to, also had faulty emails. I had to peace of mind as service engineers kept coming in to fix one thing or the other. Terrible experience

    The rooms are very nice aesthetically and spacious. Although the bed was very hard, and creaky I think that is something that should be worked on. My AC started leaking in the middle of the night. The music from the club on the top floor was also slightly irritating, otherwise it is a nice place. I would stay there again just not on the weekends when the club is active

    Nice enough hotel with impressive rooftop. Check that all your guests will receive breakfast when you book as only 2/3 of our guests were entitled to breakfast for some reason which was frustrating.

    When we arrived we were shocked to see that the environment that was advertised was not the one we were looking at. We proceeded to check in and there was no Front desk person, by the time she arrived , she was saying things we didn’t understand about how it’s 2 buildings and if our booking was at Fish Bowl or Bowl fish - we were so confused cause we had no idea what that was. This lady proceeded to talk to us as if we were supposed to know what she is talking about. Treated us as if she was doing us a favor or were her children she was reprimanding .Your front desk lady customer service is one of the worst , rude, confrontational- does not listen or empathize with customer frustrations.She either needs customer service training or give her back of the house job. Besides her- the rest of the staff were exceptional, especially *** who helped us with our bags at check in though there was confusion he showed the highest level of professionalism and the front desk person was not there he was patient and trying his best explaining the process. He deserves a promotion or raise $$. He should be handling front desk full time .
