Very clean, easy check in, comfortable, no complaints at all from us ; ) will absolutely stay here again! I must mention Jackie, the lady in charge of breakfast …. She was like a breath of fresh air! You just do not meet people that love and appreciate their job as much as that woman does. She goes above and beyond, setting the bar high for customer service. Great representation of Holiday Inn! A++

Great pace for a comfortable stay, meticulously clean, very friendly staff--even the maids smiled and greeted me! I'll definitely book a room here in the future. Great location cose to downtown PHX.

This is a very clean and nice place to stay. It's located in the heart of a downtown area with lots of urban feel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Felt safe and would definitely stay here again.
