    Hard to get to via some damaged and unpaved roads. I was wondering if I was even in the right place! But the resort is right on the beach, the rooms clean and modern. Its quiet and peaceful if that’s what you want

    Our room (#6) was lovely and the location is nice as it is right on the beach. Beware of sand flies at sunset! But, the staff are not interested in their guests at all, and don’t tell you anything, you have to ask for literally everything. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay, we stayed 3 nights and had to ask for the bins to be emptied, and for extra toilet paper. Breakfast is ok but pretty basic and they had no juice all three days we were there. Above our room there was lots of construction all day every day which no one apologised for. The pool was nice but lots of local families come here in the afternoon and use the pool. The wifi drops out a lot. They have a safe and tea and coffee in the room but no fridge. The beds and pillows were super comfy and excellent air con. We got an in-room massage for only 600p which was a very good massage. You need a motorbike to get around as there’s nothing nearby. It’s a very quiet area. Thank goodness for Azul beach bar (which is managed and run separately) which is a very cool place to hang out at night with awesome Cris and some really lovey locals. Happy hour is great and there’s live music. Lovely place to watch the sunset too.
