    The hotel is situated near the train station and within walking distance to quite a few places. Overall comfortable and clean.

    We had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, with excellent housekeeping throughout our stay. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. A special mention to *** at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful, courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist really added to our experience. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation on some floors, so there was some noise during certain hours. However, we were informed about the renovation well in advance, so this was not an unexpected issue and was only a minor inconvenience. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Excellent cleanliness, friendly staff and a comfortable room made this a very good experience.

    Super enjoyed my stay here with my mom! It's both our first time in Germany (we were here for Gamescom) and we love the location! Hotel is walkable from Cologne main station, as well as a tram station (which was closer). There are also many restaurants and groceries nearby. The staff are also very friendly! We arrived at 9 am and they allowed us to check in early even if check in time is at 3 pm. They also gave us a newly renovated room! It had airconditioning and temp was controllable, which we appreciated. For improvement, there are times when the room wasn't cleaned too well but there were other days that it was cleaned SUPER well so I think it depends on the staff who's cleaning that day. Also they don't have free bottled water but there's a dispenser at the ground floor. Otherwise I really really enjoyed my stay and would book this place again!
