We were assigned room four which is next to the service room. The staff starts working very early in the morning, I could hear every single noise coming out from the service room, and the staff walking around. On the good side, beds are very comfortable and the room very spacious. I would stay at the hotel again, but not in room four.

The property was modern, quiet and well kept. Their staff was beyond kind and helpful (no fork delivered with your food via uber eats? No problem - they came to my rescue). Weekend brunch was lovely, and loved having someone at the front desk at all hours.

The property design is truly beautiful but some maintenance issues are of concern. Many tiles in the pool are missing or broken, several lanterns in the courtyard tree are burned out, and we had a leak in our bathroom sink. There was also no soap in one of the shower dispensers. When we told the front desk about it thwy said they would swnd someone to check on it but it was never addressed.

Amazingly beautiful property. The people are very nice and kind. Personally, I had two issues: When we went for breakfast; we were informed that it was brunch only for around MXN$ 400 per person. On a Thursday. No smoking even outdoors far from the rooms... The hotel needs to put forward more transparency about rules and regulations.

Like the location. The owners have spent a great deal of money on the areas surrounding the rooms, but the bathrooms have been neglected. The lavatory in our room could not be used without washing down the counter and floor. The sinks are far too small and the faucet too large and oddly hangs over most of the sink. Hot water and water pressure were poor.

It was absolutely beautiful, confortable and fresh. I loved the library and the swimming pool. There is not an included valet parking so you would need to be lucky to find a spot in the block or pay for a parking lot 1 block away (there is a discount for Hotel guests)

It’s a very nice hotel, highly recommended. That said, two comments: sone of the floor tiles were completely loose. I cut my toe on one. Some of the tiles on the bathroom floor were shattered, and all were heavily stained. The management needs to replace them all. Second, the hotel has an amazing library, and excellent spaces to sit outside your room and work on a laptop. The location is excellent.

This is a beautiful place to stay in a fine location. The staff are courteous and efficient. Breakfast (à la carte) is excellent. The overall design is gorgeous - especially the indoor/outdoor flow. However, in the rooms, the design tends to favor style over convenience. For example, there are no closets or drawers, and no soap/shampoo shelf in the shower. There are, however, sufficient shelves and hangers so it is entirely possible to unpack.
