Great Reception from the staff, owner was really nice and helpful, they had a New Year’s party on the roof top overlooking the pyramids, definitely would stay here again.

This was my first visit to Cairo. I’m very pleased that I chose to stay at Sun and Sand Guesthouse. Mr. Yasser was very attentive to every single one of my needs. There’s a beautiful view of the pyramids from the rooftop. You can enjoy breakfast while enjoying the view. The restaurant staff remembered my order and quickly had my breakfast ready each morning. I highly recommend booking tours through Mr. Yasser. Armando (tour guide contracted with the hotel) is very knowledgeable and takes his time with the tours. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Sun and Sand Guesthouse will be my choice of stat for my future visits to Cairo. As a bonus, you are very close to the pyramids and have the opportunity to observe the rich culture, included but not limited to: horse drawn buggies, camels, and donkeys.
