    I had a pleasant stay at ReLA Higashimatsudo. The location was convenient, especially being close to the station, which made it easy to travel around the area and into Tokyo. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, so it was a nice place to return to after a day out. The room was clean and generally well equipped, with useful facilities that made the stay comfortable. There were plenty of car parks nearby, with 24-hour parking available for around 500–900 JPY, which was very convenient and affordable for guests traveling by car. One thing to note is that the double bed seemed to be made by combining two single beds, so the middle part was not very comfortable to sleep on. It would also be helpful if the rubbish bins were clearly labeled for combustible and non-combustible waste, especially for non-local guests who may not be familiar with Japan’s waste sorting system. Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant stay with good access to transport and affordable parking, though a few small improvements would make the experience even better.

    The place was situated in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and was a mere 2 mins away from the Higashi Matsudo station. There were also supermarkets nearby. The station also provides a direct train to and from Narita Airport Terminals. It was very easy to check in, and the room was spacious, clean and incredibly well kept. Highly recommended for travellers with families and kids :)

    Please consider improving your luggage storage policy. Most serviced apartments allow guests to store bags after checkout by providing self-service locks, even without full-time staff. Relying on station lockers is difficult as they are frequently full and cannot accommodate large bags. This would be a very valuable improvement for your future guests."
