Absolutely loved my stay here. I had a last minute request to change my mixed dorm to a female one, but even though it couldn't be done, the staff reassured me that they will make sure there are females in the mixed dorm as well. Location is splendid, short walk away from the shopping street and supermarkets, and the place was really clean and well-maintained.

I tried to extended and they told me that they are fully bookend because of a big group coming. And okay no problems about that I’m happy for them. They I ask for other days sake answer. So why all the platforms has availability on other day ???????? I don’t understand why they don’t mark as fully booked there or other people boook last minute and they get nothing on arrival !!! Cmon guys fix this !

We facing some bad experience due to the wrong information about the breakfast, I send message asking about our booking including breakfast? The message only reple me to ask staff in property. When I check in I ask about the breakfast , the staff told us yes is included. When we go breakfast in the morning, the staff told me breakfast are not included. This make us confused and we need to rearrange our schedule. Besides the luggage storage need to pay. ERM.... Please be ready it not free. The good thing are room and toilet are nice and clean. Location is good .
