The room was clean when we arrived, but during our stay it could have been cleaner. I do understand that the Christmas holiday made that more difficult.

Overall it was a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good and the room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the barking from the dog down the hall which seemed as if it were unattended. Since it is a pet friendly hotel, it is not BW fault, but it really made it difficult to relax and sleep.

This Hotel saved my weekend on race days last minute reservation. My BRB canceled on me 48 hours before our trip when it was paid for since February. I called and spoke to Christian he made sure we had the room we wanted . Excellent customer service this hotel was very clean, and I was very happy with my stay and will definitely stay there again. This hotel was great, clean, and the breakfast attendant always had a smile when greeting my son and myself. We loved it here just wished we could have used the pool. Not many people use it so they don’t keep it up all that well. First room we got we did have issues with but we was able to call down to the front desk and get moved quickly.

One of the best staff members I have ever seen, but the hotel as a property needs some upgrades. The closet smells like humidity, and the breakfast, as it is free, has just a few options. Got there a little early and the lady at the front said i cant check in until 3 and there is an up-charge if i wanted to check in early. Well there were only 4 cars in the parking so i doubt it that it was fully booked especially 1.5 hr before check in. I told her its fine, will grab lunch and come back. Here comes 3 oclock still same amount of cars in parking lot. Game me the keys, went to the room, room was a mess unclean. After having to go back down she gave me another key. So customer service for me was bad. Other than that hotel was not bad and comfortable room.

It was off the toll road which was nice and convenient The only thing I didnt like was didnt realize how close the room was to the elevator, next time will definitely request something further away from the elevator.
