Cannot fault this hotel. The pool is lovely and all the rooms are pool side. Room was large and really nice and clean, aur con, water pressure and wifi worked well. Couldn't figure out the tv though but no biggie. It is set between the street and beach with direct access to both so you get the best of both worlds of Long Beach. Will definitely be staying again.

The peaceful resort was a pleasant surprise! The staff were very friendly and we spent the first night in the garden view room. It was nice but the towels left so much lint everywhere but it was okay because we were being upgraded to a pool view room for the rest of our stay anyways. I would highly recommend the pool view room over the garden view room. The room was bigger, better towels, shampoo was provided this time, and we had our own private balcony. Breakfast was made to order and they were excellent at arranging a scooter for us to rent and transportation to our next destination. I would stay again for sure!

It was a good stay overall The GREATs: The room is big, there is AC, it's clean, there is hot water (pressure isn't that great, but it's ok), it's confortable. The pool was nice and clean. It's fun to be able to walk to the calm beach in a short distance. I had a pool facing room, with a patio and it was nice. The OKs: Service is ok. Staff is sweet, but nothing more. Note: The mosque is clearly near by because you can hear the prayer which i don't mind except at 4:55am. The first day it surprised me, but then i slept trough it and never noticed it again. But if you are a light sleeper, that might wake you up. Overall, it was a good stay.

Very quiet in the off season. But lovely pool and nice spacious room. Very close to the beach. A few restaurants are open at this time of year but perfect if you’re looking for something a bit more chill. We didn’t rent a bike but I’ve heard it’s a lovely island to explore. But can’t complain when it comes to the hotel

You know what? This is a delightful place with wonderful, friendly staff. One immediately forgives the shortcomings of the obvious struggle they're having in maintaining and updating the property. It might not be perfect but it all works and is functional and practical. Can't fault it for effort!

Great location a short 5/10 minute stroll to the beach. Hotel room was really clean. Large fridge was a bonus. Bed was comfy. Pool was nice and quiet. Suggestion for improvement is that the shower needs more pressure and was cold at times.

Definitely peaceful and restful. Pool was lovely to cool off in. Rooms were large and had everything you need. Try the nearby pizza place - best we had in Southeast Asia.

The staff was super friendly! The place doesn't have a restaurant but breakfast is served in a beach restaurant and we didn't have any problems with the loation. They provide a tuktuk-ride but it's not a long walk either. Beach is close and the pool of the hotel was quite peaceful. I would go there again.

In the morning opening the windows you hear the tropical birds.. 10 min walk from an amazing nice free clean beach, that is 5 km long and very wide. on the beachfront there are some little very cute restaurants and coffebars (delicious eating and good prices!). very few tourist on the beach, lots of space... no night life at all. downtown is 15 min. tuk tuk drive. I booked 1 week and, feeling very comfortable there, I decided to stay another week : ) the only little minus is that they dont change the towels every day. One of the best resorts in Thailand, in my opinion. absolutely PERFECT FOR RELAX.

There is a nice pool, mini marts and small food shops near by, and the beach is an easy 4 minute walk to beach. The beach is clean and there are many good restaurants to try. Lim’s in Particular is very good, the Thai food exceptional and the staff wonderful. You can book direct at reception. I am not mentioning rates as this is not allowed on reviews. This is not a fancy resort, but super comfy beds and good AC, WiFi and TV makes it better than many more expensive resorts in the area. Would definitely stay again

We only stayed for one night. Decent place with a good pool. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. Lack of a screen door or mosquito netting a concern. Also the AC kept shutting off every now and then. The area also lost power at one point, but we were going out for the day, so didn't affect us directly. Overall, an OK place.

Also known as peaceful resort. On first impression this resort was Ideal. The pool is a reasonable size and very clean. Our room was also a reasonable size but were a bit concerned that instead of being handed a key to open it, we were handed a padlock as there was no lock on the door! The shower was clean although the water pressure was very low which seems to be the norm in Thailand. Now to our first night in our room 104. Suffering with jet lag and extremely fatigued I was awoken by other guests walking around above us in their room and also next to us and I could actually hear them hanging clothes up in their wardrobe. The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear everything that goes on. At 5am we were awoken by the call to prayer from a local mosque a stones throw away which was extremely annoying and lasted around two minutes. When I finally got back to sleep I was then awakened by the chamber maids who were chatting away to each other for a good 30 minuties in the room next door and whilst walking to and fro outside our room. The free WiFi was very free for it had completely left this resort, it was virtually non existent. I was very happy that we only booked two nights here. On a positive note the staff were very polite and courteous but we would never return because of the points given above.

These have to be the rudest staff of anywhere I have stayed. When we were leaving, they booked a taxi for us, even though I had not requested this and had made my own arrangements. When I told them that I did not want their taxi, they became very angry and would not let us leave. We were a party of four, including my mother-in-law who is elderly. They would not let our taxi leave the hotel. When we tried to leave the hotel and get a tuk-tuk, they followed us and stopped the driver from taking us. They said to us "You will not leave the island!" Eventually I had to give them money to let us leave. I would say to anyone else - do not stay here!

Excellent hotel about 300 meters from the gorgeous Koh Lanta Long Beach. It is a little more South on the beach then a lot of the restaurants and other hotels which is nice for some quiet seclusion. Just a short walk on the beach to restaurants and bars. We paid a tuk tuk 160 Baht from Saladan Pier to get here when boats were first letting out, the hotel was able to get us a cheaper ride back. Reception was great, they organized a tour to Koh Rok for us leaving just an hour later for less than I could find online. The woman at the desk called several places for us as many were full last minute. It was also cheaper to book online so they let us stay in our room for the night and pay the next morning once they negotiated a better rate. Breakfast was a short ride away (one of the restaurants we had walked to on the beach the night before). Pool looked great, we did not go in as the beach was so close and there appeared to be a children's swimming lesson going on. Air con and electric will only work if the key is in the slot in the room. There were times we left it unlocked to keep the air con on and felt safe doing this. Beds were a little hard but everywhere we went in Thailand we experienced this. Rooms were clean and modern and had a nice balcony over the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family or anyone else. Especially for the price!

It is a lovely new resort belonging to the same family who own Lanta Beach Resort. It has a new beautiful pool and plenty of sunbeds although not much shade. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although no tea or coffee in the room at reception there was constant hot water and free tea and coffee any time. It is 300 m back from the lovely beach but the path is not lit at night so take a torch. Breakfast is served on the beach at Lanta Beach Resort. We will certainly return there.
