Had a really lovely stay here . The location is absolutely AMAZING and more than made up for anything lacking . Welcome was lovely and room ready before the 4pm check-in . Yes the rooms are a bit dated and perhaps some of the outside and inside need a bit of tlc but they were clean and with all the bits needed to self cater well. We loved being able to sit and look at the sea and hear it as we slept . For what we paid it was an absolute bargain and we will definitely be back .

This place was fantastic. It’s right on the beach and the staff are super friendly. La Mata is a great mellow town to make your home base with great restaurants and a couple markets right down the boardwalk. It’s not super fancy, so don’t expect the four seasons, but it’s a great place to stay, highly recommend.

Personnel was attentive and courteous.
Excellent location. Right on the beach. EXCELLENT Italian restaurant in the premises. Unfortunately.
Apartment was poorly maintained. Curtains has holes in the fabric. Probably have same bed/furniture from last century. They really dont want you to watch TV since is probably one bought from the same century the furnitire was bought from.
Overall. Is good the beach and restaurants are near since you probably dont want to spend any time inside apartment.
Great location. Its a shame cus the building has potential as well as the apartments inside.
