Close to fishing, this beach cottage brings it all within reach. Pelican Island Conservation Area is within an easy 11-minute walk and Ida Bay State Reserve is also a quick 14-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking.

After you return, you can unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, digital TV, and DVD player.

Beautiful location, we sat and watched the southern lights from the verandah. Short drive to Cockle creek Good fishing around the corner off the rocky point as well as off the jetty. Would definitely recommend.

This house was so peaceful that I wish we stayed a week. The view and the sound of the ocean was so relaxing and we had the best sleep on our 14 day trip around Tassie. I woke up early to watch the sunrise and saw in the front yard a white kangaroo!
