This property was like a castle and we felt like royalty during our visit. The staff was absolutely amazing. The manager of the hotel made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed including setting up a private tour and restaurant reservations and rides. It was the best place we have ever stayed at!!

Outstanding property with an amazing view of the Caldera, a great breakfast, and a wonderful concierge. Definitely stay here if you are looking to treat yourself.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and located in a perfect spot—close to everything yet still quiet enough for a relaxing escape.
What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the property manager, Niko. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. From personalized local recommendations to lightning-fast responses whenever I had a question, Niko’s hospitality and professionalism were next-level. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort and experience.
