Great location with walkability to Main Street shops. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Older hotel but well maintained and clean facilities. Coffee in the morning with syrups and creams is a lovely touch!

The hotel and location are great but the night staff check in Clerk was not very helpful although she did try yo locate a shower chair. The handicapped shower tub was difficult to get in too. Definitely not a handicapped shower stall but having the handicapped bars and shower chair helped tremendously. Recommend before booking this location, ask about the breakfast meals. This should have been included with the reservation. Beware of the hidden costs in CT (room, occupancy and local sale taxes that are added at. Checkout).

Second stay. Very peaceful, clean, great staff. Location is great, walk to stores and restaurants.
I wish they did serve a complimentary small breakfast.
Other then that, I definitely will stay again when in the area.

Expensive and dated. Really in need of a refresh. Cooling system was old and loud and thus we didn’t sleep well (windows don’t open.) Bedding was cheap. On the other hand, it was clean, staff were friendly, and the location is great. We will look for another place next time.
