If you’re going to visit Petra I highly recommend booking in this hotel. It’s a walking distance from the visitor center. The hotel is new and very clean and the every staff member was friendly. The roof terrace is amazing and you can enjoy the views!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to assist. The hotel's facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient and easily accessible. The quality of service exceeded my expectations, making my stay both pleasant and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, quality service, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Kudos to the management team at Petra Luxury Moon! Perfect, absolutely attentive stay here for 2 nights. From offering fresh towels and an evening room cleaning, to dropping off a complimentary box of sweets, the staff was terrific. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I booked my stay in Petra through Agoda, but the check-in experience was disappointing. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to wait around 30 minutes because the staff said they could not find my reservation. After checking with their reservation office, they finally found out that the booking was made through Agoda via a local agency. The delay happened because the hotel staff did not know how to properly search for the reservation and were only relying on printed reservation papers. The issue was eventually resolved, but the process was frustrating and caused an unnecessary delay after arriving at the hotel. The coordination between Agoda, the local agency, and the hotel should be improved to avoid this experience for future guests.
