    We had a wonderful stay at Somerset and it ended up being our favorite hotel of our China trip. The service was impeccable from beginning to end. Our rooms were upgraded free of charge upon arrival, and we were also able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after our train journey. Housekeeping was outstanding. The rooms were cleaned perfectly every day, amenities were replenished daily, and the staff even went the extra mile by hanging our laundry to dry after the washing machine had finished. These thoughtful touches really made us feel well looked after. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a great shopping mall right next door offering plenty of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was another highlight, with an excellent selection of both Chinese and Western options. The gym was also spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The only downside, in our opinion, was the swimming pool. It feels more like a sports or training pool than a leisure pool. The pool area is heavily air-conditioned, and combined with the cold water, it wasn’t particularly enjoyable to relax in—even after spending the day sightseeing in Xi’an’s summer heat. Overall, we would happily stay here again and highly recommend Somerset Xi’an for its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities.

    They have playground and indoor pool for kids. The room is spacious, just like feeling at home. Beside is capitaland mall where you access to supermarket and food choices.

    Love the fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. The washing machine is really useful for my family. Breakfast is the usual but wished they could replenish the food more readily.
