Comfortable and easy access to Old San Juan's historic sites. Walking distance and bus access for easy movement. Airconditioning and TV was excellent. Bed was comfortable and I slept well.

The bare minimum essentials in a very neat air conditioned room, we enjoyed our stay.

When we first got there it was a little confusing because there are 2 Red entrances, for this hotel and another hotel. I was able to communicate with someone and they send a young lady to help us out.
The room was very clean when arrival. It was big enough for my daughter (15 years old) and I. AC kept us very, very comfortable.
The parking, which is the main reason why I booked with this hotel, was okay, felt secure, gravel parking area.
There is no front desk, but the hotel kept communicating though out our stay and they were a call or two away.
Yes I would likely consider staying at this hotel, Bahia Urbana again.
