Hotel needs to put lines in parking lot. People don’t know how to park. They take two stalls instead of one. More handicap parking needed

Had a wonderful stay here. Wasn't very long, 2 nights. But thoroughly enjoyed the room, big bathroom, great water pressure/temp, the complimentary breakfast plus the staff were very helpful. So easy to deal with. The only thing of concern was the elevators. The one sounded like it was dying. My mom and I joked about it. Then she got stuck in it for about 40 minutes the one morning and they were down to only the other elevator the rest of our trip and it also sounded like it was on it's last legs. We used the stairs a lot. Hopefully they have addressed the elevator things because this is a great place to stay beyond that one thing.

Very brief one night stop. But second stay here. Enjoyed greatly the first time so will be a return guest for sure when in town. Clean, lovely rooms, big bathrooms and delicious complimentary breakfast. Only concern remains aging building and questionable elevators.

Great location close to shopping, etc. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. However, the hotel overall seems neglected. Carpets are worn and patched, the grand "P" (for Paodollan) in the foyer is noticeably worn and stained and pretty much sets the tone for the entire premises. The "gym" has dungeon vibes. We didn't use the spa. Overall, not bad as we got a reasonable rate but certainly not luxury or 5 star, not even 4 star. You can it was at one point though.
