The chef that works at the end is a very good chef. The food he prepares is made of very fresh ingredients and lots of love. He makes lemon pancakes that are wonderful and he will give you the recipe! The entire end is very clean. it’s a beautiful old house in a lovely

This is the only place I’ll ever stay when visiting Springfield! Amazing historic rooms! Amazing helpful & friendly staff! Amazing five star breakfast! Perfect location! I would recommend the Walnut Street Inn to everyone! Thank you for yet another wonderful stay!
