    Accommodation was spot on. Spacious room with comfy bed, at an affordable price. Located just off a side street, across the road from the beach, 7-eleven nearby, makes location great. Staff were friendly indeed, very attentive. Thank you

    My stay at Lotus Friendly Hotel Koh Samui was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations. The first surprise was the extremely high security deposit of 6,000 THB for just two rooms, which was excessive compared to most hotels. The location is also far from the main attractions, including Chaweng Beach and Central Samui, making it inconvenient if you want to explore the island. The room itself had several issues. The water pressure from the tap was very poor, making it uncomfortable to use. The bedding was also uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. Parking was another major problem, as there were no proper parking spaces available. To make matters worse, the view from the room overlooked an abandoned building, which was far from pleasant. The pedestrian area outside the hotel was dusty and not well maintained. The hotel also lacks basic facilities, leaving very little for guests to enjoy during their stay. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and do not feel the hotel offers good value for the price. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes significant improvements for future guests.
