Lin is a very friendly front office worker (owner), who speaks excellent English and gave a detailed welcome tour of the cold spring. Lin also provides extra towels and a pillow as requested.
The hotel floors are brand new and rooms have good AC. The cold spring bath was clean and we really enjoyed it. Amazing value too!

The location is very good, just near the train station and near dozes of wonderful food. The most important is their cold spring with high quality and natural smelling. I could smell the mineral and feel the CO2 bubble around my body in the bathtub. The hotel may be old in its appearance, but it is very very clean inside. The host is also friendly.
