New building, everything is new, staff is helpful, but there is only one guy

Our appartement was perfectly located, and was huge with 2 bathrooms, but we had a lot of ants! We did not leave food during the day, but still, you could see the ants everywhere! The last day, we even saw them on the bed 😬
I tried to reach out to the owner via WhatsApp for the WiFi and the ants, but he never replied.
