A great place, especially if you choose the INFINITY suite with a private pool. The reception staff are very attentive.

The hotel is still under major construction. They offer bare minimum amenities List coffee machine in room but you have to pay to use it 9eu per pod 1 working bathroom on the grounds. Dust and gravel everywhere. WiFi is terrible TV reception is terrible Our room was new and starts off clean. Until you bring the construction debris inside from walking in it. I nearly broke my neck walking into the beach day one because One floor board was not even with the rest.

Direct access to the beach including sun beds and umbrellas is the only good thing about this place. Overall the whole hotel and area is still under construction and preparing for high season, e.g. beach area wasn’t fully ready to be used and there is a lot of construction work. (Don’t be surprised if Google maps guides you to a construction area were you can’t find the reception instantly) The staff is not helpful and not customer friendly at all. We arrived within the check in time (11 am - 11.30 pm) and were told we are late. When asking for different services that are promoted even on their own website we were told it’s not available but the price we are paying is anyway only for the hotel room, e.g. no spa, no wellness, no yoga, no slippers in the room, TV didn’t work and no daily cleaning. We even had to get additional toilet paper ourselves at the reception. Although the front and reception area of the hotel look very nice , if you take a closer look and check the rooms it’s a different picture. The rooms are in bad conditions, there was stuff coming out of the A/C, the bathroom was calcified, the single bed in the 3 bed room was too short. The whole interior is out of date and stained. Breakfast is pre-defined but decent. Wouldn’t recommend going there at all (except you are an influencer and get one of the well prepared villas)!

Everything was nice, beautiful, except a terrible and constant music on the beach bar... bad for the ears, you could clearly hear it at a 100 meters;... at the reception, you could hardly hear what you were told! It was supposed to end on sunday night... but it started again next day.

Staid there for three nights, experience was not good at all. A lot mold in the bathroom, holes in the wall, rooms old and in bad condition, a lamp without light bulb (see pictures), unfriendly stuff (we ask for a bother room, not possible and no compensation), breakfast was included but bad quality (old and cold eggs, some old fruits, some bread) and you need to pay for the coffee at breakfast Only good thing is the location, directly at the beach (therefor 2 stars), highly recommend to look for some other hotel close by!
