    The place is about fifteen minutes off the main scene, which for me was perfect. I liked the option of having a quiet surrounding. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Nothing exceptional, however plentiful. Good coffee. The hotel was very accommodating if you needed anything extra. Totally recommend this place.

    We enjoyed our stay, and we especially enjoyed the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast selections were good and well prepared. They seem to cater to her groups.

    Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt im Maryo Resort. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchgehend sehr freundlich und wir wurden mit einem Willkommensgetränk herzlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Und das Bett ist herrlich, nicht wie oft in Thailand, bretthart.

    It’s a bit out of the way and they charge more on the shuttle than a Tuktuk would charge. Breakfast finishes at 9am-which is pretty early when you’re on holiday- but nobody told us (we found out the hard way). Quite a lot of hairs on the floor in the room but otherwise clean. Overall not terrible but certainly nowhere near as good as other places we’ve stayed in this part of the world.
